Everything we discuss is for educational purposes only and should never replace advice from your medical provider. 📅 Cancellations & Reschedules Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to keep your spot or receive a refund. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable. Running late? Message me! If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited. 🔒 Your Privacy Your information stays 100% confidential and secure.
